Upcoming PTO Events & Meetings

PTO will need new committee chairs and members to step forward for the 2010-2011 school year. Please look for this information in the August packets. The PTO meetings for the 2010-2011 school year are as follows:

Parent—Teacher Organization

 

The Role of the PTO is to assist with the financial aspects of the school through service contributions such as ongoing fundraisers.  The PTO works to create a mutually supportive relationship among families, teachers, administrators, staff, and students.

 

Our PTO also sponsors the Golf Outing, Grandparents’ Day, and Adult Bowling Night, just to name a few.  Details for PTO-sponsored events/fundraisers can be found in Special Events.

They give “pats on the back” to teachers, parents and students.

PTO provides monthly luncheons for our school principal, teachers, and staff.

They also provide monthly luncheons for one class through Spotlight Luncheons where the students are able to provide special information on themselves to hang on our wall of pride.
