Parents are required to work 3 bingo duties per calendar year (August—July).

 

 

Thanks to all of you who have volunteered to help with Market Day, Library, Lunch Room, and Recess duties.

 

Market Day:                 Please arrive by 5:15 pm

Recess time:                10:50 am — 12:15 pm

Lunch Room time:        10:45 am — 12:30 pm

Library times:              AM -  8:30 am — 11:30 am

                                  PM  - 11:30 am — 3:00 pm

 

If you are not able to work on your scheduled day, please try to find a replacement.  All volunteers receive a list of volunteer names along with their phone numbers.  If you need to change the day you volunteer or if you are no longer able to volunteer, please contact Michelle McNally.

 

Loretta Weller will be taking care of the Library this year. She can train volunteers who are not familiar with the computer system.  If you can, stop in and see her sometime before your scheduled day to work or call her to make other arrangements.  There is a manual in the Library that tells you basic functions of the computer, but sometimes it is easier to understand if someone shows you.
